## Description

Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer Dutch-Speaking Customer Service roles based in Sofia, Bulgaria, accompanied by a comprehensive free relocation package! We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals eager to provide exceptional service to our Dutch-speaking clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering top-tier support to customers in Dutch and English. Your commitment to excellent communication and problem-solving will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

### Responsibilities

-   Provide professional customer service in Dutch and English via phone, email, and chat
-   Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software
-   Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions
-   Collect feedback and contribute to continuous service improvements
-   Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
-   Participate in training to enhance your customer service skills

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch, and proficiency in English, is required.
-   You must clearly state your native language and nationality in your application.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia with a full relocation support package.
-   An EU residency/passport is mandatory.
