**The Purpose:**   
As the Leadership Development Consultant, you'll play a key role in building leadership capability across AP+ by designing, delivering and continuously improving leadership development solutions that support our strategic priorities. Working 6-month max term contract, part time two (onsite) days per week you’ll partner closely with the PC&C team and leaders across the business to design and deliver engaging learning experiences that strengthen leadership effectiveness, enable behavioural and cultural change, and support the growth of high-performing teams. 

**Key Outcomes the Role Owns:** 

-   Build on strong foundations to design, deliver and continuously enhance leadership development programs, learning pathways and capability-building initiatives aligned to AP+'s strategic priorities, leadership principles and leadership frameworks.  

-   Partner with leaders and other stakeholders to translate leadership capability priorities into practical development solutions.  

-   Facilitate engaging leadership workshops, cohort programs and team interventions that build leadership capability and strengthen organisational performance.  

-   Provide trusted advice on leadership development, learning strategy, and facilitation approaches.  

-   Manage the delivery of leadership learning initiatives, ensuring an outstanding participant experience and high-quality outcomes.  

-   Support leaders and teams to embed new behaviours and ways of working through targeted change enablement and reinforcement activities.  

-   Apply leadership assessment tools and evaluation methods to identify capability gaps, measure learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.  

-   Build strong relationships across the business, influencing leaders through evidence-based insights and clear, consistent deliverables and experiences.  

**You'll bring:** 

We're looking for an engaging and systemically minded leadership development professional who is passionate about building leadership capability and creating meaningful learning experiences that drive real change. 

-   Demonstrated experience designing, delivering and evaluating leadership development programs within complex organisations.  

-   Strong facilitation skills, with experience leading workshops, leadership cohorts and team development sessions for senior stakeholders.  

-   Proven ability to partner with leaders to diagnose capability needs and develop practical leadership and organisational development solutions.  

-   Experience designing engaging learning pathways, development resources and capability frameworks that support leadership growth.  

-   Strong understanding of adult learning principles, leadership development, organisational change and behavioural capability.  

-   Experience using leadership assessments, learning evaluation methods and data to measure effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes.  

-   Exceptional stakeholder management, consulting and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organisation.  

-   Relevant tertiary qualifications in Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, Adult Learning, Education, Business or a related discipline. Professional accreditation in coaching, facilitation or leadership assessment will be highly regarded.
