**Our Challenges**

·         **Scale:** Our business is on a significant growth trajectory. This means that our tech has to follow suit. You can be expected to work on optimizing our architecture and tech, enabling global level of workloads, and solving major, complex, scalability problems.

·         **Breadth:** We are on a constant mission of expanding our product line. You will be working on enabling the latest and most innovative payment methods using cutting-edge APIs and infrastructure of companies such as Google, Apple, and Amazon.

·         **Depth:** We are a tech company. As we grow, we are constantly re-evaluating our tech stack, and refactor our code-base. We are on a constant mission to refactor, and optimise, our existing products. 

**You will**

-   Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
-   Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
-   Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
-   Increasing the value of current customers, supporting both cross and upsell along with operational excellence for customer.
-   Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
-   Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
-   Analyzing market trends and identifying new growth opportunities.
-   Understand the fast-paced world of fintech, including the latest cloud-based state-of-the-art payment/issuing technologies.
-   Collaborate with different departments to assure customer operational excellence.

**Your profile - Qualifications**

-   7+ years of experience in sales and business development in a fintech company.
-   A finance and payments background
-   Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
-   Exceptional communication skills and IT fluency.
-   Ability to manage and negotiate complex projects and multi-task.
-   Excellent organizational skills.
-   Technical skills required to create client proposals both written, and verbal.
-   Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
-   Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
