## Description

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to drive the growth of Renmoney’s lending products among salary earners, self-employed professionals, and SMEs. You will spearhead intensive prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management while delivering exceptional service to convert prospects into loyal customers across multiple locations.

**Responsibilities**

-   Proactively seek out and engage potential clients through smart research, referrals, and networking.
-   Deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the unique benefits of our products.
-   Build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
-   Consistently hit and surpass your monthly and quarterly sales targets.
-   Offer top-notch customer service, swiftly addressing inquiries and providing personalized support.
-   Collaborate across teams to continuously enhance our product offerings and customer experience.
-   Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions.
-   Stay ahead of market trends and competitor moves to keep your sales strategy fresh and effective.

## Requirements

**What You Bring to the Table**

-   Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
-   At least 2 years of proven success in sales within the financial services industry.
-   A track record of smashing sales targets and driving results.
-   Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills that help you connect and build trust.
-   The ability to understand client needs and craft tailored solutions.
-   A self-starter mindset with excellent organizational and time management skills.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
-   A team player who can also shine when working independently.
