As the first face customers see when they enter, you will play a crucial role in welcoming and guiding visitors, creating a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to quality service.

Your responsibilities will include greeting customers with a friendly demeanor, directing them to the appropriate departments, and providing them with information about our vehicles and services. You will ensure that guests feel valued and help foster long-lasting relationships between our brand and the community.

This position provides a fantastic opportunity to engage with customers daily and contribute to a team that values customer satisfaction and excellence.

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Warmly welcome customers and provide them with an overview of our services.
-   Assist customers with inquiries, ensuring they have all necessary information.
-   Maintain an organized and inviting reception area.
-   Schedule appointments and manage customer flow efficiently.
-   Collect feedback to improve the overall customer experience.

**Qualifications:**

-   Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive or hospitality sector.
-   Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
-   A positive attitude and a proactive approach to customer engagement.
-   Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are an advantage.
