**Role Details**

-   Contract Period: 3 months

**Your Role**

-   Act as the primary operations support for the creative and marketing team, assisting with day-to-day operational tasks whenever required
-   Serve as the bridge between internal teams and external production houses, ensuring smooth communication and timely execution
-   Coordinate with external scriptwriters and internal stakeholders to ensure scripts move seamlessly through the production pipeline
-   Track deliverables, follow up with stakeholders, and proactively escalate any blockers or delays.
-   Ensure end-to-end operational coordination so that creative production, approvals, and execution happen without bottlenecks
-   Support ad production and campaign operations by handling operational tasks as required and ensuring all processes run efficiently
-   Maintain clear communication across teams and ensure ownership until issues are resolved

## Requirements

-   0 - 1 years of experience in managing content creators and agency partners
-   Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both written and verbal
-   Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Microsoft Excel
-   Bachelor's degree in any discipline
-   Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes
