This role provides a unique chance to contribute to a vital sector by ensuring that clients receive the support and information they need regarding their pharmaceutical products and services.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Deliver exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with inquiries related to pharmaceutical products, prescriptions, and services.
-   Provide accurate information regarding product usage, side effects, and compliance with regulations.
-   Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
-   Collaborate with healthcare professionals and internal teams to address client needs effectively.
-   Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry regulations to ensure compliance.
-   Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain meticulous service records.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
-   Experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or related industries.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
-   Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-   Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
-   Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the pharmaceuticals industry is a plus.
-   Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
