**Position Overview**  
Leigh and Co. is looking for a motivated and skilled **Sales Specialist** to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on engaging with inbound leads and selling our carefully curated service packages. If you have a proven track record in sales, can maintain high conversion rates, and possess excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.  

**Key Responsibilities**  

-   Respond to and manage inbound sales leads with professionalism and efficiency.
-   Sell predefined service packages, guiding clients through the options to find the best fit.
-   Maintain a strong conversion rate by effectively closing sales.
-   Conduct sales calls and presentations to prospective clients.
-   Address client objections and questions with clarity and confidence.
-   Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales data in the CRM system.
-   Collaborate with team members to refine sales strategies and improve customer experience.

  
**Requirements**  

-   Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role with demonstrated success.
-   Strong ability to close sales and meet or exceed conversion rate targets.
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-   High level of organization and attention to detail.
-   Familiarity with Hubspot CRM software and sales tracking tools.
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  
**Compensation & Benefits**  

-   **$50,000 base salary + commission**
