Restaurant Team Member  
  
Join our restaurant team and help create a great experience for every guest who walks through our doors. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality service.  
  
Responsibilities  
Welcome guests as they arrive and guide them to seating or ordering areas as needed. Answer questions about menu ingredients, portion sizes, and preparation methods. Take orders, offer recommendations, and process payments accurately using the cash register. Promote current specials and menu updates to guests. Prepare and package food efficiently, following company standards for presentation, cooking times, and assembly. Maintain strict compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines, and keep your workstation clean and organized at all times.

## Requirements

Strong ability to follow established procedures and deliver consistent results. Familiarity with menu items, including common allergens and portion sizes. Excellent attention to detail, including double-checking orders and documenting information when needed. Strong customer service and complaint-resolution skills. Willingness to adapt to different roles and responsibilities as needed. Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to fulfill orders quickly. Energetic, efficient, and capable of multitasking during busy periods. Flexible availability and openness to cross-training across different stations.
