## Description

**Maintenance Service Manager (Black Seal Licensed)**

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Service Manager to oversee a condominium’s building systems, common areas, mechanical equipment, and maintenance staff. A valid Black Seal Boiler Operator License is required. Salary range is $60-$70K

**Responsibilities**

-   Oversee HVAC, boilers, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and life safety systems.
-   Perform and coordinate repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
-   Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff.
-   Respond to resident maintenance requests and emergencies.
-   Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
-   Participate in emergency on-call coverage, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Qualifications**

-   At least five years of commercial or residential building maintenance experience and three years of supervisory experience.
-   Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills, with basic carpentry, drywall, and painting abilities.
-   Knowledge of OSHA requirements and safe work practices.
-   Strong leadership, communication, organization, and customer service skills.
-   Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance technology.
-   High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school education preferred.
-   Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.

Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs and ladders, and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
