-   Complete repair orders  
    
-   Assist the Service Manager and General Manager  
    

**Automotive Service Writer Requirements:**   

-   Automotive Service Writer experience  
    
-   Automotive customer service related experience  
    
-   Good computer skills  
    
-   Good communication skills  
    
-   Good customer service skills  
    
-   Valid driver's license  
    
-   Able to pass a background check
