## Description

Aureol Global Connections is seeking 2 skilled MIG Welders to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing MIG welding on various materials and components to ensure high-quality structural integrity. Your expertise in welding will be instrumental in supporting our manufacturing and assembly processes. ### Responsibilities

-   Set up and operate MIG welding equipment to fabricate and assemble metal components according to technical specifications.
-   Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand welding requirements and project details.
-   Perform inspections of welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
-   Collaborate with engineers and other team members to enhance production processes and resolve any welding-related issues.
-   Maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
-   Adhere to safety policies and procedures while working in the production environment.
-   Document welding work completed, including adjustments made and materials used during the process.
-   Participate in ongoing training to improve welding skills and keep abreast of new technologies in the field.

## Requirements

-   High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification in MIG processes is preferred.
-   Proven experience as a MIG Welder or similar role within the manufacturing industry.
-   Strong understanding of MIG welding techniques and familiarity with various metals.
-   Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately.
-   Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality welds.
-   Good physical fitness and strength, capable of handling welding equipment easily.
-   Effective communication skills for collaboration with colleagues and project teams.
-   Willingness to work on different projects and adapt to changing conditions.
