**THE OPPORTUNITY**  
The BIM Specialist will help project teams across the firm's portfolio produce well-coordinated, high-quality models and deliverables. This role combines model development, standards, clash coordination, data quality, and hands-on user support to make design and construction information easier to use across the project lifecycle, and it offers the chance to shape BIM practices firm-wide rather than on a single project type.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

-   Develop, maintain, and audit coordinated BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP systems
-   Run clash detection, lead coordination reviews with internal teams and consultants, and track issues through resolution
-   Establish and maintain project templates, naming standards, model-health practices, and BIM execution plan requirements
-   Manage model federation, file exchanges, permissions, and common data environment workflows
-   Create families, views, schedules, and model-based deliverables that support design documentation and construction
-   Support teams using Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and related coordination tools
-   Perform quality-control checks for geometry, metadata, coordinates, and deliverable readiness
-   Train project users and help improve repeatable digital-delivery workflows across the studio

**REQUIREMENTS**

-   Associate or bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field
-   3+ years of BIM production or coordination experience in an architecture, design, or construction environment
-   Advanced Revit and Navisworks skills; Autodesk Construction Cloud experience preferred
-   Understanding of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing coordination
-   Experience with model federation, clash workflows, shared coordinates, and BIM execution plans
-   Dynamo, scripting, reality-capture, or model-automation experience is a plus
-   Clear communication skills and the ability to support users with different levels of BIM experience
