## Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in the delivery of buildings and infrastructure projects within the Oil & Gas and Energy sector. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical, commercial, and contractual knowledge, with proven experience managing large-scale EPC/construction projects in the GCC, preferably in Qatar.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead and manage end-to-end execution of Oil & Gas / Energy buildings and infrastructure projects.
-   Oversee project planning, execution, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and delivery.
-   Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with client specifications and quality standards.
-   Manage day-to-day project operations, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams.
-   Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
-   Monitor project progress and proactively resolve technical, operational, and commercial issues.
-   Review contracts and identify variations, claims, risks, and opportunities to protect contractor interests.
-   Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, company standards, and project requirements.
-   Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, and commercial assessments to management and clients.
-   Support tendering, procurement, and project close-out activities when required.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
-   Minimum 15+ years of total experience in construction/project management.
-   Strong experience in buildings and infrastructure projects within Oil & Gas or Energy facilities.
-   Preferably experienced in projects with Qatar Energy LNG or Qatar Energy.
-   GCC experience is mandatory, preferably in Qatar.
-   Strong technical, commercial, and contractual knowledge.
-   Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
-   Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced project environments
