### Responsibilities

-   Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients in the healthcare sector via phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist clients with inquiries related to healthcare services, products, and documentation.
-   Address and resolve client complaints and issues promptly while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
-   Collaborate with medical professionals and internal teams to deliver accurate information and support to clients.
-   Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings, policies, and industry regulations.
-   Document all customer interactions meticulously to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
-   Support clients through various processes, providing information and guidance where needed.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
-   Experience in customer service, preferably within the healthcare or medical sector.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
-   Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-   Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
-   A genuine interest in healthcare and helping others navigate the system.
