**💼 The role:

Join our Payment Assist team and be the supportive voice guiding customers through challenging times and help them secure peace of mind while maintaining essential energy services. You will be handling inbound existing customer calls where you will navigate tailored solutions, assess financial hardship eligibility and establish manageable payment plans.

This role goes beyond standard customer service - it is all about empathy, active listening and problem-solving.  
  
The role is a full time permanent opportunity, working on a weekly rotating roster of 8.00am to 4.00pm, 9.00am to 5.00pm and 10.00am to 6.00pm.

**🎯 What We Look For in You:**

-   Minimum of 12 months experience within retail, hospitality or customer service
-   Exceptional customer service & empathy skills
-   A positive self-motivated attitude
