### Role Overview

As a ServiceNow Developer at Scalepex, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that align with our clients' business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions in a fully remote environment.

### Key Responsibilities

-   **Design & Development:** Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
-   **Integration:** Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
-   **Workflow Automation:** Create and manage workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to automate processes.
-   **Testing & Deployment:** Conduct unit testing and support system testing and deployment activities.
-   **Documentation:** Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes.
-   **Collaboration:** Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.

## Requirements

### Qualifications

-   **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
-   **Technical Skills:**

-   Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow's proprietary scripting languages.
-   Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.
-   Familiarity with ServiceNow IntegrationHub and Flow Designer.

-   **Certifications:** ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required; additional certifications are a plus.
-   **Soft Skills:**

-   Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
-   Excellent communication skills in English.
-   Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
-   Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
-   Knowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
-   Experience in developing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
