## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking Slovenian Speaking Social Media Content Moderators to join our team in Bulgaria. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating social media content in Slovenian to ensure compliance with community guidelines and company policies. Your efforts will contribute to creating a safe, respectful, and engaging online environment for the Slovenian-speaking community.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Monitor and review social media content in Slovenian to ensure adherence to community standards and company guidelines.
-   Respond professionally and promptly to user interactions in Slovenian.
-   Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content according to company protocols.
-   Work closely with social media and marketing teams to support content moderation strategies and enhance community engagement.
-   Stay updated on the latest social media trends, policies, and best practices in content moderation.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Slovenian (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
-   Previous experience in social media moderation, community management, or similar roles is preferred.
-   Strong understanding of social media platforms and their moderation policies.
-   Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive content professionally and discreetly.
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
-   High attention to detail and sound judgment.
-   Familiarity with social media management tools and basic computer literacy.
