## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to offer a position for a Swedish Speaking Content Moderator to join our growing team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role comes with a paid relocation package and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and assessing user-generated content to ensure it adheres to our community standards, specifically for our Swedish-speaking audience.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Moderate user-generated content in Swedish, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and policies.
-   Classify and evaluate content accurately based on established moderation rules.
-   Identify, report, and escalate inappropriate or non-compliant content to relevant teams.
-   Provide insights and feedback on content trends to improve moderation practices.
-   Collaborate with colleagues to enhance content moderation processes and ensure high-quality outcomes.
-   Stay updated on company policies and industry best practices related to content moderation.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Swedish (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous.
-   Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred.
-   Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to apply guidelines consistently.
-   Strong communication skills to articulate moderation decisions clearly.
-   Ability to handle sensitive and potentially distressing content professionally.
-   Familiarity with digital platforms and content management tools is a plus.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment.
-   Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
