**What You Will Be Doing**

You will be the client-facing lead on a portfolio of commercial office projects for blue chip clients. The projects are often on a regional basis and may require international travel. As the project lead, you will be solely responsible for all facets of the project from due diligence to handover including procurement and design management, client reporting, site observation and client relationship management.

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities** 

-   Project Reporting 

-   Client stakeholder management

-   Leading all project meetings
-   Contract administration

**Requirements** 

**Experience & Background** 

-   8+ years in project management

-   Experience within a consultancy environment, ideally in design, engineering, or construction sectors 

-   Commercial office fitout experience
