**About The Role**

-   Responsible for the monitoring, forecasting and early warning flagging of key indicators to ensure the overall credit risk and portfolio are managed appropriately.
-   Responsible for projects or initiative to ensure overall portfolio management and non-performing loan management.
-   Assess any changes in business strategy and overall processes to determine the impact to credit performance while proposing necessary actions to manage the risk if necessary.
-   Work closely with the Product team to assess risks of new initiatives with sufficient challenge, while assisting product on recommending mitigation actions related to the risk.
-   Working with other teams to manage risk-related projects including projects with 3rd parties, while keeping user journey and needs in mind.
-   Contribute in achieving business growth targets sustainably, focusing on short-term success and long-term sustainability of the business
-   Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis either planned or on an ad hoc basis, alone or with a data team, to answer credit risk issues.
-   Independently handling projects or initiatives

## Requirements

-   3- 5 years work experience related to credit risk, portfolio management and/or credit policy.
-   Have good quantitative skills in order to assess data and be able to see and analyze trends.
-   Experienced in creating senior-level presentations materials, and complex, yet clear reports.
-   ⁠Have analytical skills (moderate to advance level using SQL) especially on forecast analysis, risk performance
-   ⁠Understanding in risk scoring and credit risk
-   ⁠Have general knowledge on product development (e.g. underwriting system, product settings)
-   ⁠Project management skills(to handle projects/initiatives)
-   Python skills would be considered a plus.
-   Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
