**Painter - Kemsing**

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks.
-   Apply paints, varnishes, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
-   Ensure even and smooth application, maintaining high-quality standards.
-   Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment.
-   Collaborate with the team to complete projects on time.
-   Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a Painter, preferably with commercial and residential projects.
-   Knowledge of various painting techniques and materials.
-   Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
-   Ability to work at heights and in different weather conditions.
-   Good communication and teamwork skills.
-   Understanding of health and safety standards and practices.
