Responsibilities:  
\- Assist in maintenance and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.  
\- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.  
\- Utilize requests/facility needs to track and prioritize work orders, schedule preventative maintenance, and maintain accurate records.  
\- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing equipment, painting, troubleshooting issues, and conducting inspections.  
\- Fabricate or repair parts as needed to ensure proper functioning of machinery and equipment.  
\- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments and provide excellent customer service.

Skills:  
\- Strong technical skills in maintenance and repair of equipment.  
\- Excellent problem-solving abilities to identify issues and implement effective solutions.  
\- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.  
\- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and other departments.  
\- Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in record keeping and maintenance tasks.
