What You'll Do:

1\. Strategic Growth:

\- Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve ambitious revenue and market penetration goals.

\- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to pinpoint new growth areas.

\- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including market expansion, product development, and strategic partnerships.

2\. Client & Partner Development:

\- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with e-commerce platforms, freight forwarders, and key industry partners.

\- Deeply understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive long-term customer loyalty.

\- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and promote cargo services.

3\. Revenue Optimization:

\- Establish competitive pricing strategies to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.

\- Monitor and adjust pricing based on market conditions and operational costs.

\- Track and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.

4\. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

\- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (revenue management, solutioning, customer success, operations, legal, finance, marketing) to ensure seamless execution.

## Requirements

What You Need:

1\. Deep understanding and network within the global air cargo industry.

2\. Proven expertise in strategic business development and planning.

3\. Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.

4\. 5-10 years of business development experience, with at least 3 years in air cargo logistics or freight forwarding.

5\. Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue growth and closing deals.

6\. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
