### Responsibilities

-   Deliver high-quality customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat regarding their insurance policies and inquiries.
-   Assist customers in understanding their insurance options and benefits, guiding them through claims processes when necessary.
-   Handle customer complaints and queries promptly, ensuring resolutions that meet client needs.
-   Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s insurance products and industry regulations to provide accurate information.
-   Document all customer interactions clearly and keep accurate records for quality assurance.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
-   Stay current on industry trends and changes to better assist clients and offer relevant advice.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
-   Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance sector.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-   Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
-   Detail-oriented with effective organizational skills.
-   A strong desire to help others and provide outstanding customer care.
