### About the Role

As a **Senior Insight Analyst (Marketing)**, you will turn data into strategic insights that shape our marketing decisions and drive business growth. You'll partner closely with Marketing, RevOps, Finance, and Data teams to measure performance, identify opportunities, and influence strategy through analytics, experimentation, and data storytelling. This role combines technical expertise with business acumen to help optimize the customer journey and maximize marketing impact.

### Responsibilities

- **Marketing Measurement & Attribution:** Operate and improve the multi-touch attribution model (HubSpot-based). Define and maintain source-of-truth definitions for marketing-influenced pipeline and revenue. Quantify ROI of channels, campaigns, and content to guide budget allocation decisions.
- **Funnel Analytics & Insights:** Build and maintain the end-to-end marketing funnel view (visitor → registration → activation → paid → expansion) across PLG and SLG motions. Identify bottlenecks, surface conversion opportunities, and translate findings into prioritized recommendations.
- **A/B Testing & Experimentation:** Design and run rigorous A/B tests and quasi-experiments. Drive causal thinking across the Marketing team. Communicate results clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- **Dashboards & Reporting:** Develop and maintain Marketing's BI assets aligned with Data team standards. Provide the data narrative for monthly Marketing reviews, quarterly board updates, and ad-hoc executive requests.
- **Cross-functional Partnership:** Collaborate with RevOps on lead scoring and routing logic inputs. Partner with Data Engineering on tracking infrastructure requirements. Support Finance on CAC, LTV, and payback analysis. Partner with Lifecycle Marketing on segmentation and program measurement.
- **Ad-hoc Analysis & Strategic Initiatives:** Respond to prioritized ad-hoc requests from CMO and Marketing leadership. Support strategic initiatives as directed by the Head of Data.

## Requirements

- 4–5+ years in a marketing analytics or marketing data role at a B2B SaaS company.
- Direct experience in companies running both PLG and SLG motions.
- Strong analytical foundation: funnel analysis, cohort analysis, A/B testing, ROI modeling.
- Multi-touch attribution: hands-on experience with Dreamdata, HubSpot revenue attribution, or equivalent attribution platforms.
- Product analytics: Heap (preferred), Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar.
- BI & SQL: Looker, Tableau or similar BI tool, plus comfort writing SQL against a data warehouse (Snowflake at Yodeck).
- CRM & marketing automation: HubSpot working knowledge (admin owned by RevOps).
- Sharp communicator. Translates messy data into a clear narrative for non-technical stakeholders.

### **Nice to Have**

- Working knowledge of marketing tracking infrastructure: Google Tag Manager (server-side a plus), Consent Mode V2, GDPR-aware data collection.
- Experience with paid acquisition analytics (PPC, paid social) and channel-level CAC modeling.
- Exposure to dbt or similar transformation tooling.
- Familiarity with subscription and self-serve revenue data models.
- Prior experience embedded in a Marketing focus area while sitting in a central Data or RevOps team.
