VitalHire is hiring a travel Surgical Technologist (CST) for an acute care hospital in Portland, OR.

Contract details

\- Weekly pay: $2,078/wk

\- Stipend: includes a housing and meals stipend of up to $1,729/wk where eligible (GSA FY2027 max for this location)

\- Shift: Day (3x12 Hours) 7:00 19:00

\- Duration: 13 weeks

\- Start date: 11/2/2026, 11/9/2026

\- Will position float between units: No

\- What are expected ratios? 1:1

\- Special requirements: On Call Requirements: Weekday Call 16 hours every 4 weeks. Weekend Call 24 hours every 4 weeks Weekend Shift Requirements: Required to work weekend

\- Charting: Epic

\- TRAVEL EXP - CERT NBSTSA OR Tech - Req 10794

\- Overtime: 40 total hours in 1 week: 1.3%

Requirements

\- Active license/certification for OR (compact accepted where applicable) and the CST specialty

\- 1-2 years of recent CST experience

\- CST (NBSTSA) and BLS
