**The Opportunity**

Are you obsessed about online culture?

Do you instinctively know what’s shaping conversations before everyone else does?

Are you as excited by understanding audience behaviour as you are developing social content that genuinely connects with fans?

We’re looking for a Senior Social Media Manager for a fixed term (maternity cover) contract, to join our team supporting a major heritage brand with ties to some of sport’s biggest athletes, teams and events.

This is a strategic/creative role for someone deeply immersed in social culture, from TikTok trends and creator communities to the conversations shaping culture online. You'll understand how audiences behave across platforms, what drives engagement and how brands can show up authentically in culture.

Working within the creative team, you’ll lead the delivery of content across social, translating brand strategy and unique partnership opportunities into work that resonates with audiences. You’ll shape the content approach, guide creatives and community management, and ensure social activity is culturally relevant, insight-led and aligned to wider objectives.

We’re looking for someone highly organised, creatively minded and commercially aware. You should be able to balance fast-moving content demands with long-term thinking, using audience insights and performance data to continually evolve the brand’s social approach.
