Mar-Bella Collection is looking for a passionate **Housekeeping Team Leader** to join our  team for **2026** in **Corfu**

-   Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain hotel cleanliness standards.
-   Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure compliance with quality and hygiene standards.
-   Assign daily tasks and schedules to housekeeping staff.
-   Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the engineering/maintenance team for repairs.
-   Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities, and assist with stock management.
-   Support in the recruitment, induction, and evaluation of housekeeping staff.
-   Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene procedures, including COVID-19 protocols if applicable.
-   Handle guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
-   Maintain records of staff performance, attendance, and daily operations.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
-   Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
-   Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
-   Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
-   Professional appearance and positive attitude.
-   Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
