-   Provide **clinical oversight** for Home Health nursing staff
-   Ensuring compliance with **state, federal, and accreditation standards**
-   Reviewing and approving **OASIS assessments, care plans, and documentation**
-   Supporting field clinicians with education, coaching, and problem‑solving
-   Participating in case conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings
-   Monitoring quality metrics and assisting with performance improvement initiatives
-   Triaging clinical concerns and collaborating with physicians and referral partners
-   Ensuring timely, accurate, and complete documentation
-   Supporting onboarding and ongoing training for clinical staff
-   Promoting a positive, supportive, patient‑centered culture

## Requirements

### **✨ What You Bring**

-   Active **RN license** in Michigan
-   **Home Health experience required** (OASIS experience strongly preferred)
-   Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
-   Solid **understanding of OASIS** and home health regulations
-   Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
-   Excellent communication and team‑building abilities
-   Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
-   A passion for supporting nurses and delivering exceptional patient care
-   Ability to work in the field as needed
