## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking motivated Dutch-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading technology company in Greece. This position offers the opportunity to provide excellent customer service to Dutch-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to innovative tech products and solutions.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Deliver professional and efficient support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding technical products and services.
-   Assist customers with troubleshooting, product information, and resolving technical issues promptly.
-   Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions within the CRM system.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
-   Stay current with the latest technology trends, company products, and support policies.
-   Provide constructive feedback to improve customer support processes and enhance user satisfaction.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
-   Previous experience in customer service or technical support, preferably within the technology industry.
-   Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
-   Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
-   Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
-   Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a multicultural workplace.
