## Description

-   Identify new sales lead from mortgage referral agency channels to achieve business sales targets
-   Explore and maintain close and constructive relationship with qualified mortgage referral intermediaries and property agencies.
-   Participate and support the end-to-end mortgage process to ensure smooth operations
-   Liaise with internal Credit and Risk department to ensure mortgage lending application are in compliance with the company policies and regulatory requirements as well as service standards
-   Cultivate and maintain good business relationship with internal and external stakeholders
-   Ensure completeness and accuracy of loan/ security documentation to enhance successful ratio and speed up the turnaround time
-   Support ad-hoc work tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors

## Requirements

-   HKCEE / HKDSE or above, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 2
-   At least 5 years' relevant Mortgage Sales / Business Development experience in banking and finance industries
-   Posses job knowledge and working experience from mortgage referral / property agencies would be an advantage
-   Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
-   Aggressive, proactive and able to work under pressure
-   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-   Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer
