## Description

Mercier Consultancy Group invites applications for the position of Dutch Speaking Reservations Agent for an airline based in Athens. This role offers an exciting chance to work in the airline industry with paid relocation assistance to Athens. As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for helping Dutch-speaking customers book and manage their flight reservations while delivering exceptional customer service.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Assist Dutch-speaking customers with flight bookings, changes, and cancellations via phone, email, and chat.
-   Provide accurate and clear information about flight schedules, fares, and airline policies.
-   Ensure accurate processing of reservations and timely communication of confirmations.
-   Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide professional support to ensure a positive customer experience.
-   Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and flight bookings using airline reservation systems.
-   Collaborate with colleagues to uphold high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
-   Previous experience in airline reservations, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
-   Familiarity with airline reservation systems and office software.
-   Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and efficiently.
-   Willingness to relocate to Athens with paid relocation support provided.
-   Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
