We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized **Activities Director** to plan, coordinate, and lead engaging recreational programs for our guests. **Key Responsibilities**

-   Plan, organize, and execute a variety of daily and weekly activities for our guests of all ages
-   Lead group activities such as games, crafts, events, and outdoor recreation
-   Create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment for children and families
-   Maintain activity schedules and ensure events run on time
-   Coordinate supplies, set up, and clean up for activities
-   Communicate clearly with guests and team members
-   Adapt activities based on group size, weather, and guest needs

## Requirements

-   Must pass background check
-   Strong customer service skills
-   Strong organizational and time management skills
-   Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
-   Passion for working with children and leading group activities
-   Energetic, outgoing, and positive attitude
-   Ability to multitask and stay flexible in a fast-paced environment
-   Previous experience in recreation, hospitality, or even planning is a plus
