## Description

### **Job Description:**

We are looking for an experienced **Procurement Officer** with a strong background in **construction or swimming pool projects**. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely procurement of quality materials in line with project requirements.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Manage procurement activities for construction and swimming pool materials (civil, MEP, filtration systems, pumps, tiles, chemicals, accessories, etc.)
-   Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors
-   Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with approved budgets
-   Coordinate with project, site, and engineering teams to understand material requirements
-   Ensure timely delivery of materials to sites as per project schedules
-   Monitor inventory levels and control material wastage
-   Verify supplier invoices and coordinate with finance for timely payments
-   Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases
-   Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and local regulations
-   Handle material submittals, approvals, and technical compliance where required

## Requirements

### **Qualifications & Knowledge**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
-   Strong understanding of procurement best practices and regulations.

### **Experience**

-   Minimum of 6 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles.
-   Experience in handling contracts and supplier negotiations.

### **Skills & Competencies**

-   Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-   Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
-   Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software.
-   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
