At the core of HR operations in Europe, this role ensures the accurate, compliant, and timely execution of HR and payroll activities across multiple countries, with a focus on the Netherlands and Italy.

You act as a key operational partner, supporting the full employee lifecycle while serving as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers in a fast-paced, international environment.

### **Key Responsibilities**

**Payroll & Benefits**

-   Manage end-to-end multi-country payroll processes in collaboration with external providers
-   Ensure accuracy and compliance of salaries, social contributions, and legal obligations
-   Administer employee benefits programs (insurance, pension, mobility, etc.)
-   Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies

**HR Administration & Contracts**

-   Draft and manage employment contracts, amendments, and offboarding documentation
-   Advise managers and employees on labor law (Netherlands & Italy) and HR policies
-   Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes (including visas/work permits where required)
-   Maintain compliant and audit-ready employee documentation

**HR Operations & Absence Management**

-   Manage sickness and absence processes in line with local regulations
-   Ensure accurate and up-to-date HR data in HR systems
-   Process payroll-impacting changes and employee lifecycle updates

**Support & Continuous Improvement**

-   Act as the main point of contact for HR and payroll queries
-   Produce regular HR and payroll reports
-   Contribute to process improvement, standardization, and automation

## Requirements

-   5+ years of experience in HR operations (payroll, administration, contracts)

-   Experience in an international or multicultural environment
-   Strong knowledge of Dutch and/or Italian labor law and payroll practices
-   Fluent English + Dutch or Italian required
-   Solid experience with HRIS and payroll tools (e.g., Workday, CloudPay)
-   Advanced Excel skills

Detail-oriented, structured, hands-on, autonomous, and service-driven with strong communication skills.
