Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to welcome applications for the position of German Speaking Booking & Hospitality Agent, offering a fully paid relocation package to Greece. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Handle German-speaking client bookings for accommodations and hospitality services through various communication channels.
-   Provide detailed information on hotel options, amenities, pricing, and local attractions to assist clients in making informed decisions.
-   Process reservations accurately and efficiently, ensuring all client preferences are captured and confirmed.
-   Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, concerns, and requests to ensure high customer satisfaction.
-   Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and bookings in the CRM system.
-   Stay up-to-date with hospitality industry trends and offerings to provide clients with the best solutions.

## Requirements

-   Exceptional fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
-   A minimum of B2 in English.
-   Experience in hospitality booking, customer service, or related roles is preferred.
-   Strong enthusiasm for travel and knowledge of hospitality services and destinations.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on delivering outstanding customer support.
-   Ability to manage customer issues efficiently and professionally.
-   Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software.
-   Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
-   Willingness to relocate to Greece with all relocation expenses covered.
