We are looking for **Dutch After Sales Consultants to work in Greece** (remotely all over Greece) for the world’s largest multinational technology company that designs, manufactures, and markets smartphones, tablets, personal computers (PCs), software (iOS and MacOS) portable and wearable devices!

Responsibilities:

-   Act as the first point of contact for all the Dutch-speaking customers
-   Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
-   Provide iOS software troubleshooting for mobile devices (mobile phones, tablets & more)
-   Assist customers to manage/secure their account - ID & passwords
-   Resolve customers’ online store post-sales requests
-   Deliver high-quality support and handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions
-   Manage large amounts of incoming calls
-   Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts

## Requirements

-   Native-level or near-native level in Dutch
-   B2 level in English
-   Tech savvy, curious and problem-solving acumen
-   Familiar with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
-   Able to identify technical issues and suggest immediate solutions to clients
-   Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
-   High School Diploma holder
-   Flexible to work night shifts/ weekend shifts (if applicable)
-   Prior customer support experience would be an advantage

**Relocation Bonus:**
