J. Blanton Plumbing is excited to announce that we're opening a new office in Ohio as part of our continued expansion. With rapid growth across multiple markets, we're building a world-class Sewer Sales Division and are looking for high-performing HVAC Comfort Consultants, Advisors, and In-Home Sales Professionals who are ready to leverage their skills in a more stable, year-round, high-ticket sales environment.

**What You’ll Do**

-   Conduct **in-home, consultative sales appointments** with homeowners
-   Assess customer needs and recommend **high-ticket sewer solutions**
-   Present clear options and guide customers through confident buying decisions
-   Own the sales process from initial consultation through close
-   Build trust, rapport, and long-term customer relationships
-   Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure smooth job execution  
      
    

**Who We're Looking For**  
We're looking for **proven in-home and field sales professionals** who are comfortable selling high-ticket products or services directly to homeowners.

**You don't need plumbing or sewer experience.  
We can teach you the technical side. What you need to bring is proven sales ability, confidence, resilience, and the ability to close.**

## Requirements

What We're Looking For  

-   **5+ years of sales experience**, preferably in outside or in-home sales.
-   Proven experience selling directly to customers face-to-face.
-   Experience working with high-ticket products or services.
-   Experience being the **first salesperson in the home**, rather than simply taking over an appointment after someone else identified the problem.
-   Experience closing customers during the initial appointment.
-   Strong communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills.
-   Comfortable working in a **100% commission-based sales environment**.
-   Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with homeowners.
-   Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
-   Ability to pass a background check.
-   Ability to carry approximately 40 lbs. up and down stairs.
-   Willingness to learn the technical side of sewer systems and residential plumbing.
