## Description

We are looking for an experienced **Project Manager / Design Manager** to manage and control the design process for **large-scale, multidisciplinary projects**.

The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and extensive experience in **design management**, particularly across **hotels, residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects**. Experience with **high-rise buildings** is highly preferred.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Manage and control the overall **design process** for mega multidisciplinary projects.
-   Take ownership of design deliverables, ensuring alignment with the project's **scope, schedule, and quality requirements**.
-   Coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders involved throughout the design process.
-   Monitor design progress and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
-   Ensure effective communication between different project stakeholders and disciplines.
-   Identify and address design-related issues that may affect project scope, time, or quality.
-   Support effective coordination across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
-   Maintain clear communication and reporting throughout the design management process.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in **Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Structural Engineering**.
-   **10–15 years of relevant experience** in project/design management.
-   Previous experience as a **Project Manager or Design Manager**.
-   Proven experience in **design management**.
-   Experience working on **hotels, residential, commercial, and/or infrastructure projects**.
-   **High-rise buildings experience is highly preferred.**
-   Strong **English communication skills – mandatory**.
-   Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
-   Proven ability to coordinate with **multiple stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams**.
-   **PMP certification is a plus.**
