Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent to join a leading company in Sofia, Bulgaria. This position comes with a fully paid relocation package, allowing candidates to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment while advancing their customer service career.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through multiple channels including phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with inquiries about products, orders, returns, and other service-related concerns.
-   Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
-   Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
-   Participate in training and development sessions to improve both product knowledge and customer service skills.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
-   Previous experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
-   Proficiency with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
-   Detail-oriented and well-organized.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia with relocation costs fully covered.
