Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to expand patient access to **Mounjaro** within the private and governmental sectors. The position manages strategic relationships with healthcare providers and payers, leads negotiations to secure formulary/portfolio inclusion and favorable reimbursement terms, and ensures internal stakeholders and healthcare providers are aligned on the evolving access and reimbursement landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

-   Develop and execute strategic access plans for private insurance and governmental payers while building partnerships with key decision-makers and procurement channels.
-   Analyze insurance policies and reimbursement trends to identify patient journey barriers, then create value propositions demonstrating Mounjaro's clinical and economic benefits.
-   Map and archetype private and governmental sector channels by patient segment, including their networks and coverage criteria.
-   Gather market intelligence to identify growth opportunities and competitive threats, recommending timely action plans while maintaining ethical standards.
-   Negotiate product formulary inclusion, pricing terms, and reimbursement conditions with payers.
-   Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, commercial excellence, and medical teams to implement organizational payer strategies and ensure best-in-class execution.
-   Lead end-to-end disease awareness projects and strategies targeting healthcare professionals and patients to maximize market impact.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or related field.
-   5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
-   Proven experience in Private & Governmental sectors, 2-3 years of significant experience in KAM, access, payer relations, private or governmental health insurance management (preferred).
-   Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
-   Health economics studies/certifications is a plus.
