Due to continued growth, we are hiring a new Internal Support Specialist to provide operational and administrative support to the Microsoft Licensing Team. 

**What will you be doing?** 

-   Support Licensing Specialists with the preparation of Microsoft licensing cost projection documents 

-   Assist with the preparation, and completion of Microsoft agreement paperwork 

-   Produce and maintain reporting related to Microsoft licensing agreements, renewals, & anniversaries 

-   Track and monitor agreement milestones, anniversaries and renewal dates, ensuring relevant stakeholders are notified in a timely manner 

-   Assist with data gathering, validation and administration activities for customer renewals and licensing reviews 

-   Perform licence reservation reconciliations, ensuring commitments, customer records and associated documentation are accurate and up to date 

-   Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance compliance, accuracy and operational efficiency within the Microsoft Licensing team 

-   Assist in maintaining team templates, process documentation and best practice guides 

-   Provide support with the management and maintenance of internal Microsoft licensing tools, trackers and reporting systems 

-   Respond to internal process and administration queries from Sales and Licensing Specialists.

**What are we looking for?** 

The right person for this role will come from a Microsoft licensing, IT reseller or software solutions background and have some knowledge of Microsoft licensing programmes and agreement types. They will be highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working with licensing data, renewals and reporting activities, with a proactive approach to supporting both customers and internal stakeholders. 

**Key Skills & Experience:** 

-   Experience in an administrative, operational support, sales support or licensing support role. 

-   Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, with experience managing data, reports and documentation accurately. 

-   Excellent organisational, administrative and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 

-   Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy, compliance and process adherence. 

-   Experience supporting sales, commercial, licensing or customer-facing teams. 

-   Knowledge of Microsoft licensing programmes, agreement structures and compliance requirements would be advantageous. 

-   Experience preparing reports, trackers, renewal schedules and customer documentation. 

-   Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. 

-   Proactive, adaptable and solution-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

-   Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset. 

**Practical stuff** 

Where is the role based?   
Primary location is our HQ in Pocklington (YO42) and this role requires 2 days per week in the office.  

How many interviews?   
Following a screen with the Recruitment Team you can expect a two-stage interview process, one online and one in-person.
