## Description

Aureol Global Connections is looking for a reliable and skilled Scaffolder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for erecting, maintaining, and dismantling scaffolding structures safely and efficiently on various construction sites. You will work closely with other trades to ensure work areas are accessible and safe, playing a vital role in the overall success of our projects. ### Responsibilities

-   Erect, dismantle, and maintain scaffolding structures according to project requirements and safety standards.
-   Inspect scaffolding for damage and safety compliance regularly.
-   Work collaboratively with other construction teams to ensure timely and safe access to work areas.
-   Follow all safety regulations and company procedures while handling scaffolding materials and equipment.
-   Assist in loading, unloading, and organizing scaffolding materials on site.
-   Identify potential hazards and report them to supervisors promptly.
-   Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience as a Scaffolder or in a similar construction role.
-   Knowledge of scaffolding safety standards, regulations, and best practices.
-   Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
-   Strong physical stamina and manual dexterity.
-   Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
-   Relevant certifications or training in scaffolding is an advantage.
-   Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment.
-   Valid driver’s license preferred.
