## Description

Nabenet is looking for an experienced clinician ready to step into a leadership role. We're seeking an NES Team Manager to lead our Vocational Assessment Team in Melbourne; driving performance, developing your team, and building strong relationships with the agents, treating practitioners and stakeholders who rely on our services.

### About the Role

This is a genuine leadership position, leading a team of 5–8, with a mix of people management, clinical oversight and hands-on service delivery. You'll drive team performance and quality, coach and develop your people across the office and satellite locations, and personally deliver vocational assessments and NES services alongside your management responsibilities. You'll also be part of Nabenet's leadership group, contributing to the broader strategic direction of the business.

It's a role suited to someone who's already comfortable balancing billable clinical work with the responsibilities of managing a team — this isn't a purely desk-based leadership role, and it isn't a purely clinical one either.

This role covers Melbourne's western region, with regular travel to satellite offices across the area. You'll also be required to work from our Hawthorn head office on team days, and for training and other meetings.

### What You'll Be Doing

-   Driving performance outcomes and quality standards across your team
-   Building and maintaining relationships with Agents, treating practitioners and WorkSafe as required
-   Managing your team's RTW index list and overseeing Treater Case Conference outcomes
-   Personally delivering vocational assessments and NES services (including GPCC) in line with your billable target
-   Ensuring compliance with WorkCover legislation and NES guidelines relating to job placement services
-   Conducting file reviews and coaching, including regular visits to satellite offices across the region
-   Running case conferences and driving the brokerage model in line with company values
-   Training, inducting and performance-managing team members
-   Actively contributing to business growth and client relationships across Victoria
-   Providing leave coverage for your team and fellow team managers as needed

### What We're Looking For

-   Tertiary qualification and current registration in one of: Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Osteopathy, Paramedicine, Rehabilitation Counselling or Social Work
-   Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to coach, mentor and develop a team
-   A track record of building strong customer relationships and contributing to business growth
-   Advanced communication skills
-   Experience in employment services and/or recruitment
-   Sound knowledge of Workers' Compensation and injury management
-   Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
