**Job Summary**

Premier Roofing Company is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a dedicated consultant for homeowners navigating the storm restoration process for roofing, siding, and gutters. This is a dynamic, field-based position ideal for individuals who thrive on building face-to-face relationships, managing local territories, and delivering exceptional customer service.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

-   **Territory Management:** Canvass assigned, storm-affected neighborhoods to identify property damage and introduce Premier’s restoration services.
-   **Consultative Consultation:** Meet with homeowners to inspect property damage, educate them on their restoration options, and guide them through the insurance claim process.
-   **Project Coordination:** Schedule inspections and coordinate seamlessly with the internal production team to ensure projects are completed to the customer's satisfaction.
-   **Professional Development:** Participate in structured weekly team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing skill development programs.

**Qualifications & Skills**

-   **Experience:** Previous experience in retail, customer service, or face-to-face communication is preferred, but not required. We will train the right candidate.
-   **Mobility:** Must be physically mobile, comfortable working outdoors, and capable of performing basic property inspections (including walking on residential rooftops).
-   **Transportation:** A valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle are strictly required for daily travel within the territory.
-   **Core Traits:** High coachable, strong resilience, and the self-discipline to manage an independent daily schedule effectively.

**Compensation & Training**

-   **Earning Potential:** Realistic estimated total compensation ranges between **$80,000 - $110,000/year**, with top performers exceeding this range based on productivity.
-   **Comprehensive Training:** Includes full corporate onboarding, field shadowing, and professional development covering roofing fundamentals, insurance claim processes, and consultative sales techniques.
