## Description

**Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)**

**Location:** California | **Setting:** Remote / Telehealth  
**Position:** Full-Time | **Salary:** $115,000–$120,000/year  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**The Role**

We’re seeking a California-licensed LMFT to provide virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families. You’ll manage scheduled client sessions and work with concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life changes.

**What You’ll Do**

-   Conduct therapy sessions through telehealth
-   Assess client concerns and establish treatment goals
-   Use appropriate therapeutic approaches
-   Maintain accurate clinical notes and records
-   Review treatment progress and make adjustments when needed
-   Participate in clinical meetings and training

## Requirements

-   Active California LMFT license.
-   Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy.
-   Minimum 2 years of clinical therapy experience.
-   Comfortable with digital tools and telehealth platforms.
