**Team Introduction**

Our Talent Development team sits within the broader People department. We're a supportive team focused on improving the employee experience and optimising the learning lifecycle.

We design and deliver high-impact training, global learning initiatives, and highly successful apprenticeship programmes.  
Together, we empower our global workforce, aligning developmental needs with Future's exciting business goals.

**Job Purpose**

Reporting to the Director of ESG, Talent Development, Comms & Engagement, you'll act as a Global Talent Development Lead. Working alongside another lead, you'll shape, design, and facilitate our group-wide training and development programmes. You'll partner closely with People Business Partners and executive sponsors to identify and address skills requirements across our global hubs.

On a daily basis, you'll deliver training virtually and in-person, utilising modern learning platforms to manage and scale programmes. You'll also build supportive talent frameworks, help managers nurture their teams, and evaluate our training metrics.

This role is essential for ensuring that our global learning solutions directly align with the organisation's core values.

**What you'll do**

-   Partner with business leaders and People partners to diagnose global training and development needs
-   Design and deliver high-quality, engaging training sessions both virtually and in-person
-   Map future-skills requirements across the business using our established talent frameworks
-   Offer professional, consultative advice to teams regarding future talent opportunities
-   Build and maintain supportive partnerships with external training suppliers and experts
-   Evaluate, track, and report on the overall performance of our training initiatives

**What you’ll bring**

-   Experience in designing and delivering training programmes to diverse professional levels.
-   Familiarity with learning platforms and talent technologies to manage programmes.
-   Excellent communication skills to collaborate with, guide, and advise global teams.
-   A proactive approach to problem-solving, risk assessment, and collaborative planning.
-   Familiarity with tracking, evaluating, and reporting on learning programme performance.
-   A supportive, team-focused approach to building inclusive talent frameworks.

This is a hybrid role, working 2 days per week from our Bath Office.
