## Description

A Financial Media Client is looking for a meticulous and experienced **Operations Manager** to own the end-to-end delivery of our virtual and physical awards galas. The role is responsible for managing the full operational lifecycle of each event, from planning and client coordination through to post-event wrap-up, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.

Candidates with backgrounds in awards operations, conference production, event operations, or finance-focused media/events businesses will be highly preferred.

### Responsibilities

-   Manage end-to-end operations for virtual and physical awards galas.
-   Coordinate and deliver all client-facing assets and materials within agreed timelines.
-   Liaise with internal teams, clients, venues, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
-   Maintain meticulous attention to detail across all operational touchpoints.
-   Develop and manage project timelines, run-of-show documents, and post-event reporting.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience in awards operations, conference operations, event operations, or related B2B environments.
-   Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
-   Ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
-   Strong organisational and communication skills.
-   Experience within financial media, conferences, awards, or events businesses preferred.
-   Ability to work independently and hit the ground running.
