### Responsibilities

-   Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, staff supervision, and training
-   Ensure that all staff adhere to Grecotel's service standards and procedures
-   Monitor guest experiences and address any concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction
-   Help manage inventory and maintain supply levels as needed
-   Facilitate effective communication among staff to ensure smooth service delivery
-   Participate in creating staff schedules and maintaining a positive work environment

## Requirements

-   1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting
-   Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train team members
-   Excellent customer service skills with a keen attention to detail
-   Good understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-   Ability to handle guest complaints and provide prompt resolutions
-   Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an asset
